You’ll need to upload a valid ID proof (like Aadhaar, PAN, or driving licence) and address proof to activate your account.

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox Or Call our customer relationship team for providing the password.

Browse upcoming auctions, select a vehicle, and add to WATCHLIST. Once it starts, you can place bids in real time from your dashboard.

Each listing includes detailed inspection reports, photos, and condition summaries. Physical inspections are allowed before bidding starts.

When the auction ends, you’ll receive a real-time notification and vehicle will move to your WINNING LIST.

In some cases, a refundable bidding deposit may be required to participate. This ensures only genuine bidders take part.

If you don’t win, your deposit (if applicable) is refunded automatically to your registered account.

Payments are made through secure online gateways or in the form of DD. We ensure all financial transactions are encrypted and verified.

Yes. Payments are processed directly to the sellers or loan account to protect both buyers and sellers until the handover is complete.

Once payment and paperwork are complete, vehicle handover are done at the same time.

Buyers can arrange pickup independently.

All necessary documents such as RC (Registration Certificate), insurance copy, invoice, and sale letter are handled and transferred to the buyer at the time of lifting only.

Yes. Our support team follow up buyers for RC transfer status and update to sellers.

Yes. Each vehicle listed are verified for authenticity, registration, and ownership from surveyors/Insurance before being intimated for auction.
